The best maintenance request/work order system out there
Hello, the UpKeep system is the best maintenance request and work order system out there. I demoed several products. Upkeep is easy to use for people making requests, has a great UIBut the simplicity does not take away from the functionality.
I have 25 properties and 54 vehicles. Or use it for both maintenance request and preventative maintenance work orders.
The people are great also, very helpful.

We run south beach
I worked for a very large company in South Florida that provides pool and beach services for over 90% of the beaches and resorts. Due to the large size of our operation maintenance and the communication of maintenance needs is a huge task. But with upkeep we have found a way to communicate issues flawlessly.

Awesome but VERY expensive
This is exactly what my small business needs. But is not affordable. Would love to see a monthly fee with full access.
Very bad app
Search feature is flawed, you get stuck to a single location search had to remove app and install it again since i couldn't find a way to view all work locations, not recommend

As you can imagine it was a nightmare keeping up with jobs, the status, materials,man hours and billing, UPKEEP has made life so much easier for everyone, office personnel,Managers,and people in the field, we can quickly look at a job and answer any questions, The Who’s,the What’s, the When’s, The Why’s, best of all billing is faster.

Helped so much!!
This app has been a great tool for my small business! Instead of sorting and dealing with paperwork that related to work orders, our maintenance manager is able to easily access data on our assets through the neatly organized tabs and simple interface. I love being able to prioritize certain work orders and review costs and additional reports. So far I have not experienced any glitches and the biweekly updates always seem to make the app run more smoothly. I would highly recommend this app.

Amazing
Using this app allowed my company to get equipment fixed fast and efficiently. As a large company, we ideally want a fast line of communication between administration and maintenance to get things fixed as soon as possible. This app allows that to happen since you are able to easily manage all work orders and assign it to different workers. Also, the user interface friendliness that allows for cross-device sync and quick access makes this app reliable.

Great App!
As a Landscape Crew Manager, I have always had to spend a lot of time organizing how I distribute work orders amongst the employees I manage. UpKeep helps streamline the process of organizing our tasks. I appreciate that it also helps keep everyone on the team on the same page! As both a Macbook and iPhone owner, I love the syncing feature that enables me to do my work both at home and on the go. I would definitely recommend this app to any business owner – it has made my job much easier!

Easy to use, efficient app!
Upkeep is the simply the best CMMS I’ve used to help manage our facility. It was easy to use, the best of its price, and has made my life, and the rest of our staff’s lives so much easier. It was simple enough for everyone to use and we are all now able to easily stay organized with your customer assets. In addition, I had several questions and their support team was extremely friendly and responsive.
