Love this app! Had an issue with resetting password and the team helped me resolve very quickly!! Highly recommend.

This app gives me the ability to talk with my doctor about minor things and ask questions without having to go into the office every time.

This app is really helpful! I highly recommend it to all! I was doubting the response time if any and sure enough I got a response within a few minutes from the Dr herself... It's really nice to be able to message a Dr wit any concerns and get a response within minutes. GREAT WORK PPL!!! 👏👏👏👍👍👍

Nothing but errors
This was recommended to me by my doctor but since yesterday it’s been nothing be errors and aggravation. I still don’t have an account I can even get signed into and can’t even get chat help because its closed for the day I guess.
UPDATE:
The support was responsive the next day and got me up and running. I’ve not had any errors since and it’s great to stay in touch with the doctors office.

Hi Clyde - sorry you’ve run into an issue! Our support is available from 8:30-5PM ET every weekday and they reached out to you first thing this morning to get this resolved (since your message came in last night). Once we hear back from you, you’ll be up and running in no time.
Send me in loops
I don’t update my phone automatically and because of this the app just stops working. I’m out in a place without WiFi NEEDING to read messages from my clients (these can be very serious) and the thing is not letting me access messages. It is a medical necessity that they fix this. Make sure the app always works! Screw all your petty updates!!

Works great if you can get into the app -update: can now get into app; seems to remember me.
When I tried to get into the app yesterday, I had to reset my password. Today it did not remember the password that I reset yesterday. So I created another password. It excepted the password, but then would not allow me to use it to log on. So I am currently in an endless loop where I cannot login to ohMD in order to get my text from the provider. Useless.

Life saver app for patients and providers. My patients love it and so do I. Definitely cuts down on time, calls and phone tag. Thanks.

Works great!!!... Well, kind of.
I love the app when it’s working. The program works fine for a day or two, then it stops allowing me into the texting field. I enter the correct email and password, it allows me in for about a second, then I get redirected back to the sign in page. After a frustrating 3 minutes of trying to sign in again, I decided to trash the app and download it again from the App Store. Magically, my email and password work flawlessly. The app works well for another day or so. This could be such an awesome platform, if the app was just more reliable. I’d pay for this app for sure.
