  • Perfect - But missing iPhone support!

An excellent adaption, but I see no reason why this game does no support the iPhone 6+. If Hearthstone can support the iPhone, then so should Sentinels.
  • Super fun!

I have had such a great time playing this; challenging, adventurous, with balanced powers and play, I am looking forward to testing out new teams!

Thoroughly recommended, and nearly as fun as playing it for real.

It has frozen once, but restarted with no problems or loss, I am more than happy and have no complaints.

    Enjoy!

  • Great card game

Not familiar with the physical release of this game, but I liked the theme of it and it looks well put together.

After a few games I was hooked, the different roles that you make your team up with drastically change how you approach a battle.

Plenty of variety and easy to recommend.
  • A great adaptation of an amazing game

I can't emphasize how much I love this game, but I rarely get the chance to play. With this app, I can play the base game at any time.

Sentinels of the Multiverse is a card game about superheroes teaming up to fight a threat to the world. They have characters to fill many of the superhero archetypes, and the way they play reflects the archetype of the character. Tachyon, the speedster, blows through her deck quickly with some cards gaining strength based on the number of cards she has in the trash. Legacy, like Superman, is tough and powerful in the way he inspires the other heroes to be better allowing them to do more damage or recover hit points.

Similarly the villain decks have different win conditions. If the heroes don't stop Baron Blade quickly he pulls the moon into the Earth. While Grand Warlord Voss will overrun the Earth with his armies if he gets enough minions in play.

If you like superheroes or board/card games you owe it to yourself to check this game out. I can't wait until they make the expansion content available.

  • Just like the card game!

Great game. Just like the card game. I didn't expect the game to crash every time after the villain turn considering the price but this is a minor setback. The game provides many hours of entertainment and would provide more if additional villains, heroes and environments were added every so often.
  • Great version

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this as a solo experience. If you enjoy the board game this seems like a no brainer, allowing to try out a team quickly and easily. It does remind you how lean the original game was - more content please :-). It gets a ding for the frequent crashes - it recovers so could be worse, but does need to be addressed.

  • Almost great

This game is perfect.....except it crashes every 10 secs, pleas fix it. Please, I really want to play it.
  • Superb game, getting killed by crashes...

This game is beautiful, fantastic artwork, great theme... But it crashes constantly! Iron those out and it is potentially the best tabletop conversion ever!
  • Great! When it doesn't crash....

I've been a big fan of the card game for a while now, and play it whenever I can. When I heard this video game version was in production, I was supper excited, and wanted to buy it immediately. Now that it's here, it's everything I'd hoped it would be! And I can't wait for expansions to come out!

My biggest, and really only, gripe is the crashing issue. During the first game I played, the game crashed about 10 times. I was able to immediately go back into the game right where I left off, but the number of times it crashed just seemed ridiculous! Once would have been bad enough, but 10? In my first game? If not for that, I would give this 5 stars.

  • Excellent Implememtation - still a little growing to do

I would give this 4.5 stars if I could - but I’m expecting with the next update that it would go up to 5 anyways. It plays great and makes playing Sentinels a breeze. I’ve actually been able to learn some strategies with some of the harder characters to play because of this app. There are some technical glitches that seem like memory leaks and such, but Handelabra has noted those on their website and say that a new version is coming soon.
