Ummmm... what?
It's kinda a scam. I got really excited seeing that it was free, and I created a presentation. Or at least, I tried to. You can't even type anything without paying, so it being "free" is just fake news for more downloads.
Another thing is that the app is rated 4+. You might call me daft but it took me a fair while to understand that the app is pay only.
And like I said about it being a scam, young children are more likely to buy things with their parents money. It's just a game for money and it's sickening. Uninstalling.

Surprised!
When first getting an iPad several years ago, what I missed the most from my desktop, was an office suite. I now have what I was missing. I can do so much more on the go, without a bulky
Laptop, or waiting to get back to the desktop. I love the ease of file saving and transfer. Thanks for making my iPad even more convenient! ---- Tim.

Restore purchase!!! Office pro not working,
Purchased officesuite pro long time ago..for around 15$. Now the app is not supported and i cannot restore that purchase. Do i have to still buy subscription ??

Terrible Customer Service
My first negative AppStore review: I purchased a subscription because they said it could edit PDF’s. I realized it didn’t have the pdf editing functionality I required the day I purchased it, immediately reached out to customer service and explained the mishap, and politely requested a refund. They simply said they don’t ever give refunds. I now have a year subscription to something that I didn’t even use.
RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER: Sonya, Apple specifically told me to contact the developer because in order to process my refund it would have to be initiated by the developer in this case.

So frustrating!
I’m using this app on iPad Pro - on first glance it looks good. It has basic functionality and it’s fantastic for converting files.
But once you start working on projects you miss the functionality that you would otherwise take for granted - like merging cells in a table in a word doc etc.
The app keeps crashing and I’ve lost 2 hours of work. As a freelancer, I can’t afford the frustration and time spent on trying to recover documents.

Did work brilliantly
Unfortunately since a recent update my team who have all bought this app cannot use it to edit pdfs as it does not work. Very poor communications from developer and still no word on when it will be fixed.
Can’t decide what they are offering
So the overview docs say you can create and edit with the free version... but you can’t. The overview docs say you can buy the pro version... but you can’t. Basically this is just like word for iPad- you have to pay for an annual subscription no matter what. No free features. Nada. Nothing. Completely useless. Which, if the description said that, I could have saved the half hour I wasted downloading it, but instead the description says there is a free version and you can use basic features, but... you guessed it- you can’t. Maybe if you are inclined to rent software it actually does something?

Was great until the update and subscription
This app used to be great for schoolwork. I payed for the pro version of office suite, and had access to all of the features. Then, they updated the app and made it a subscription. No warnings, and no “grandfather” for those who had already payed for the other app. It is absolutely ridiculous. I have 6 months left of school and I will NOT be paying for a subscription for that time. Not worth it since there are other apps available like google docs.

Pro version was promising...new system in trouble.
Good program since paying for pro version and now is requiring a subscription now offering a lower monthly price. With the old pro version you had no limit on installs....no such thing when converting to new version. Even reinstalling I’m told too many install and it fails and ads return. I have been monitoring any updates and key areas have not been addressed....no excel keypad...imported pictures distorted in word...compatibility is suspect to name a few. This app made a nice attempt at a comeback from when I first bought it years ago....but seems to “self destroying” now.
Microsoft apps are accurate and WORK....and free on iPad etc with screens smaller than 10”. I use this exclusively.
Wps app is free and equivalent to Microsoft.
Polaris office 2019 is a paid app but I paid for previous versions years ago also but it functions very well in the new updated version.

Since this new update.. my pictures Print distorted, waste of paper and ink for my laser printer.. it’s not cheap.
The picture looks great till I go to print.. then it turns into a large pixelated mess.. there is a big problem within this app.
My printer prints beautiful for anything else..
just not this new update.. could you look into this and see what’s going on..I had to send my project over to my printer app to print, which worked great..
And this app would be great if it had a rule at the top of the page to let you know the size it really is..
