You might not receive the item you won!
The people that work for this website did not help at all, basically saying they have no control of the sellers. What!?

Dear Valued Customer, We are sorry to hear that your recent purchase was cancelled and you are not receiving the special item! Catawiki always requires sellers to ship the item three days after the buyer's payment. If they fail to do so, we will urge the seller by phone and email. But unfortunately, for your purchase, the seller indicated that they have no intent to ship the item due to the damage. Since the seller has refused to supply the item you bought, we've cancelled the sale and refunded you the full purchase price, shipping costs, and buyer’s commission fee to show our apologies. Rest assured that we’ve taken appropriate measures with the seller to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Please note that cancelling this transaction doesn’t affect the contract of sale. We apologise for the inconvenience and we look forward to welcoming you back to our auctions in the future!

Poor customer service
The Catawiki messaging service is the only way to contact the seller. You can’t attach proof of non delivery or anything in the app so the seller can essentially avoid refunding you.
Catawiki customer service were awful telling me to check around my neighbourhood for the package, yeah thanks for that…and eventually say contact the seller despite offering an inadequate messaging service in which to do so.
