  • Customer service is NO help!!

    Everything on this app is a copy paste answer that takes days to respond. Hopefully you don't have a serious issue, I still have not been able to get any help and it is almost 2 weeks now.
    “We couldn’t link your account” message… the account I am trying to link doesnt match the name used to creat my luno account. NOBODY will help me fix this… my bank says they are connected to luno through plaid though. Anybody want to help???? So frustrating!!!

  • Can’t use Send/Receive

    Canadian use and unable to send and receive on the app.

  • Fantastic platform

    Great platform simple and easy to use. Transactions are really easy and almost instantly can take your money straight out without any hassle like other platforms and very low fees shame there isn’t more coins but still very trust worthy site

  • Why keep pasting from my memory?

    So Luno seems great, easy to use and was amazing to have a savings option where you could earn interest - unfortunately they’re taking this savings option away :(

    Also, every time I open Luno, it pastes whatever’s in my phone memory.. this seems a little bit hackerish, I imagine it’s being uploaded somewhere for them to peruse and exploit at a later date. Please be careful and don’t copy sensitive things before opening the app!!

  • Best crypto app for newbies

    Finally available in the US! This is the number one app I recommend to friends around the world who are new to the wild world of crypto. It’s dummy proof, well priced and has by far the best support of any crypto platform. Hoping they can launch their Savings Wallet feature here in the US so I can earn 7.6% in my dollars..

  • Amazing

    Hey, guys truly love the app and it makes investing so much easier! But I’d love really to see an update on the crypto made available to trade/purchase! MATIC, SOL & etc are some of the best options to see in Luno! Other than that, it’s 5 stars from me!

    You won’t let me send money because you have set a monthly limit. This money is urgently required and it is SO wrong!! 😡

  • Easy to use but questionable practice

    Set up easily using identification and biometrics (verified level 2).
    Traded easily using the platform.
    The issue came when you plan to withdraw money, suddenly they locked your account. They then started asking for bank statement and a selfie with your ID too.
    Not sure what they needed from that and why they claimed that I was verified in the beginning.

  • Poor application

    Keep saying my connection was lost or could not parse data. I had installed latest version, my internet was good. This is not the 1st time im experienced this issue. Not recommended 👎🏽
