Withdrawals in Nigeria.
This app is cool but Nigerians that can’t make a deposit are really suffering so hard , yes we know CBN blocked withdrawals but at least Luno should initiate another method of withdrawal in Nigeria this 4 months already, if Luno can’t initiate a method of withdrawing to us Nigerians, as soon as possible then we would conclude that Luno is trash and slow, also transferring btc from Luno to another app is absolutely nonsense the charges are much more higher.

Never use Luno , you will regret all your life
Never ever use Luno , you will will be ripped off , the fees exorbitant , you money could be blocked any time behind the curtain of KYC and AML , while you were verified at the beginning ‼️ They are happy to take your money but when withdrawing your gain they will stop you.
I highly recommend you to use Bitstamp (#1 in my opinion in overall performance : customer service , fees , tech, fast deposit and fast withdrawal, security , common sense ) and then BINANCE (giving you more cryptos such as Doge). Haven’t yet use Coinbase , but I don’t plan to. I strongly advice people to use direct exchange services than a third party like Luno who like to boast they’ve been to existence since 2013. You will regret big big time. Even Zumo is much much better and safer (though only BTC and ETH is available: at least the fees is super reasonable and you can sell and get your gain at once ‼️). Once you have been check you are for ever checked ‼️ except if suddenly you buy huge amount of crypto , they might as you to explain the source of your wealth (if it comes from crypto itself , then you should say so ; p.s.: keep a record all your gains from cryptos so that down the line it is easier for for you to explain your wealth : once done properly the exchanges like Binance or Bitstamp, or startup like ZUMO will live you alone for ever ).Show lessLiA sunFLOWer

I’ve been through a lot of trading platforms, Coinbase plus 500 etc, however this one was honestly great.

If ur in the uk i would recommend this app , i found it alot more simple to use then coinbase etc, if your a pro then i dont think there is enough details on all the other coin that’s popping , the savings wallets are excellent too if your looking for a long termKing jecht
Withdrawal problem
Why everytime i wanna withdraw my money the app always direct me to do deposit again? It’s written that the app want to confirm that i’m the owner of the bank account. Luno is this best crypto wallet no doubt, I have been using luno since 2017 with no issues and I enjoy all features, passed all tests and limitations heading to the top of the hat. Recently in 2021 I noticed a big changes in their policy, verification delay and work ethics due to the influence of central bank. To my opinion, I guess the main objectives of the government and its agencies is to keep the masses poor by all means, now since luno arrived as a financial messiah and has been effective, the government sees it as a treat to their governance and policy so has decided to destabilize the wallet using CBN as bait in order to frustrate the users and the masses in it. Clearly luno offers better rates and low cost then most other crypto wallet recognized by the government and propagated through the internet and media. Thank You!Show lessEye of Gods
Luno review
Yes this app is easy to set up and use but when there is a issue it’s next to impossible to contact customer support and they will not help you, my account has £600 in of my hard earned money and they blocked my account talking about I need to answer security questions blah blah 100 questions later & 2 months have passed they still haven’t sorted the issue for me my hard earned money is still in the luno and they are refusing to give me my funds, I recommend using a app like Coinbase, CoinBurp or Binance for your crypto needs Luno is by far the worst app I’ve ever used & I

I did give Luno 5 stars in my first review after first downloading and setting-up the bank transfer mechanism to fund purchases. It all works very well and I still think highly intuitive to use.
One key element missing for me though, is a view of net position such as: Total funding deposits (bank transfers in my case) versus total current value of crypto currency held.
Can’t be that difficult as every deposit captured and visible, just not summed.Show lessEdinBoy
Inaccurate price information update
Luno price of crypto in naira is ridiculously high, I don’t even know the exact value of my coin right now. Bitcoin price just dropped by >10% this morning but your price on Luno is still the same as yesterday, the price chart is flat. This is ridiculous. USERS PLEASE BE AWARE
This App maybe easy to use however the issues arise when you want to withdraw your funds. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY INTO LUNO YOU NEVER SEE IT AGAIN. I’ve been waiting from my funds now for a week. My bank card and bank account are both linked to the app as requested also I’ve been verified. When you make a withdrawal you will receive an email saying funds will be processed within the next business day, this is far from the truth. A week down the line still pending so I contact Luno again not easy to do so. The reply I got was the need a photo of myself together with ID and a hand written note. No where in the withdrawal information does it say they need this info, all they request in the withdrawal info is you bank account is linked to the app. They are quick to take your money from you to invest however when you request you money back they make the process impossible. What a joke!!!! I’m a verified user, both my bank card and bank account are linked to the app yet I still can’t get MY MONEY. WHAT A SCAM . It’s now 19th March done what I’ve been asked to do still no return of funds neither a reply for Luno. I first requested my funds on the 10th March. LUNO YOUR A JOKE!!!!!!
