Customer service is impeccable. You can speak to real life people who solve your problems quickly. Easy and quick to also deposit money. One thing I would say is that they don’t have too many crypto’s other than the popular ones. This isn’t a problem for me as I only buy Bitcoin and Ethereum. Owing to the recent development by the CBN concerning cryptocurrency tradings a lot of Nigerians have been deeply affected by this especially me
Pls I suggest u create a platform which allows peer to peer bargains while Luno moderates the transactions just like Paxful amongst others...
Now this allows individuals who have account with Luno make transactions while Luno regulates the rates and fees attached. I can’t even buy from my accounts and sending from other blockchains is quiet expensive
If Luno have an open platform for its members to chat and trade amongst themselves the I think it would help solve the current issue on ground. ThanksShow lessBishopNas

Luno is a great app which I love it and a lot of Nigeria love it. Now since the CBN has put a stop for Nigeria to use it. Then I think you guys should creat a p2p selling and buying where two people can call each other to buy abs sell coins.bigthingd

Easy to use but!
Easy to use but the one thing that stops it becoming 5stars are the fees. They charge a small fee to buy crypto but then also a small few to sell it back. Let’s say I buy £1000 of Bitcoin then they charge around 1.5% which is reasonable but that means I now have £970 and in order for me to ever be able to take out £1000 I would need to wait for my balance to go up to around £1045 then they would take there fee and I would be left with £1000 which was my initial investment. Basically only use luno if you don’t mind leaving your money in there for a month or two or even more to make any kind of decent profit. Hello, How it works is that if you invest at a certain price and then the value of the cryptocurrency you invested in goes down, so does the value of your investment. The inverse is also true when the price goes up. We hope that clears it up for you. ^GL
