Then if there is any connectivity issue, good luck retrieving the QR codes as you enter the bus. ### 3/5 — Wrong timetable constantly *2025-11-23, version 2.46.0* Don’t rely this app to go to work or appointments, some bus lines are constantly wrong. Use google maps instead. The scanners take forever to recognize the QR code, and sometimes it is unavailable, so you end up being stuck at the entrance or exit of the metro stations. Not to mention that the same scanners also scan payment cards on your phone, so you have to exit constantly from the wallet app to actually scan the QR code. But you also get charged an additional 33 euros because the devices read your payment card instead of the QR code. Pay someone on your team to learn UX/UI!!! **Developer response:** Thanks for leaving a review and sharing your feedback. If an e-ticket cannot be scanned, you can show it to the driver or inspector when boarding or during a check. However, if you opt for the block hours option and wish to use the intercity train from the airport to Amsterdam or any surrounding stations, this option is not accepted on these services. Having substantial travel on these services my family now have 4 useless e-tickets that will not be refunded. There is a slight problem as there is a difference with the data shown in the app and the data for the same trip shown on the 9292.nl website. The app, for example, shows multiple services from Eindhoven to Veghel during the day (07:46, 08:02, 08:10, 08:18, 08:35 etc..), but the website only shows a service at 07:46, and the next at 14:18.
