This is awful. Why can’t you just have a regular website? Even the instructional video on how to log in is bad

it’s not as functional as it seems. 

Why redirect me to the 92Ny website through the app. For that, I use my internet browser on my phone!!!! If it’s only going to take me to the website.

This software needs improvement, Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
