I was a member of the 92nd Street Y when I had just graduated college and loved working out and swimming in their magnificent pool. About a year ago, I moved back to New York City and rejoined! This decision has led to a much healthier lifestyle since I’ve been swimming on average of three times a week and then heading to work with more energy! If I was smarter, I’d come every day and hopefully, if I can arrange my work schedule or get up earlier, I will increase my routine. The 92nd Street Y is in the process of doing major renovations which I’m sure will enhance the facilities but I find their staff and exercise equipment to be state of the art!  My advice is you should make an appointment to visit and I think you’ll realize the Y  is the best gym in the NYC!

The 92nd Street Y has been a life saver for me. The classes, the pool and the great instructors are amazing. The 92nd Y offers a variety of classes and endless activities. I enjoy so much going to the gym. Thank you, Aliza
