I updated my phone and when I went to review my videos it says some are damaged is there something I’m doing to cause that ? Thank you love your app

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and if you have been charged, it is likely because you subscribed or tried a free trial and did not cancel the subscription before it ended. Simply deleting/uninstalling the application does not cancel the subscription, please go to App Store to cancel the subscription.
I used to love this app
I am really struggling with this app as now when I click to add text to a clip it just closes the app. I tried to delete the app and reinstall and now I can’t get back by vip subscription privileges 😢

Sorry, please use the Apple ID that you subscribed to the VIP to download the software and then restore the membership. The problem of unable to add subtitles is under repair and will be resolved as soon as possible. Please wait patiently.

Double Billing
However, come this October again, the app has logged me out asking for another full year renewal that I already did in September.
If you asked me, I’d say that is extortion and Apple store needs to know about this double extortion as it is.
Now I’ve been contacted and asked to demand a refund from Apple customer care. However, the problem is that the app billed me from within the app. It shut me out and made a request, fully bypassing Apple Pay. I’d checked Apple App Store to see when my subscription would renew and it stated October 2020. Yet, I couldn’t access my VIP account. There’s no contact or customer care access on the app. And I think it was intentional. If anyone else had a similar experience please review to help keep the general public aware of the scam.
I don’t know who to talk to about this issue, there’s no customer service. No link to serve. It’s a Chinese company and they are billing twice. I refuse to be duped of my hard earned money and demand the services that I’ve paid for or a full refund of my money.

You can use the Apple ID that you ordered the VIP to download the application and then resume it. Repeated payment is not possible. You can consult Apple customer service for a refund.
