Good bank Face ID does not work

Hello Ryan, thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the app. Face ID is available in the app! Navigate to the profile icon in the right corner of the app > Banking Services > Manage Biometrics > Biometric Enrollment to set this feature up. Your device will then prompt you to use Face ID to log in once enrolled! If you have any difficulties enrolling or need further assistance, please reach out to us at 860-435-2581.
