Crash when try to open the app!
Since the last update, the app crash when I try to open it. Deleted the app and reinstalled again, still the same. Crash!
Do the Devs, Please fix it asap! Thanks an advance!

Safe your money
This is the worst, it not worth the effort the LIVALL riding app is the only way to operate the turn signals or Walkie Talkie on the your helmet. Doesn’t work on walkie talkie. You have to give a group number every time you join, mine is to the point that the group number is not accepted, it doesn’t give me any fees for the app. It’s just junk. Had a few problems with the app when I first got my helmet, wouldn’t allow me to create an account. Reached out to support who responded and resolved the issue very quickly. Turn out to be a very useable app.ADivers757

Last 3 days app fails to load no matter if you are in wifi r cell data all the same. Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling and now is worst because every time I want to login it tell me request failed 502 bad gatewayJosehome
How do I change colors
I have the LIVALL BH100 Bling helmet. I would like to know how I can change the 80 LED lights on the top ribs to other colors.Gary 351
Battery usage
Could not find how to contact app developers except via review, sorry.
Helmet arrived yesterday so still need to try it out on the road, I hope that will be today but I have some observations:
The battery usage drained my iPhone 8+ in three hours from 100% to 14%, but it was only the app open. I am sure something could be done about this?
The user guide to access different features is poor, a little more detail could be given rather than statements such as in a sub menu.... happy to help with this is required?Show lessJoe90jnr

Liked the helmet until my puppy ate it, now just loving the app. It’s stoked my passion from casual to 100+ miles a week and rising. Wish you’d add a calorie burn calculator as you have such great data on distance, space and vertical. Worth pointing an intern at and deploying? Would be highly grateful.Show lessMark in Bkln
