Whoever that is doing the update need to do a better job
The app was doing okay until they did an update.
First issue these group calls are ridiculous.
They should allow each ticket within a group to en route, arrived, complete, and returned.
The ticket that gets returned should erase from the group ticket.
I don’t see why they stick with the group call.
Second issue is that if there an image of the damaged tire we should be able to click on it to have a better view. There should be a better option to view pictures just like our tire optic app. where we take a picture and still view the picture in normal size and not a small box.
Third issue is why do we have a chat bottom if no one gonna respond when we need them to.
I understand we have many people either calling in for service or calling in for questions and issues at job site. There should be more people on top of this issue.
Four issue is that on what are the issue with repairs the option should be updated
May it be that I replace a air line, mud flap, wheel and etc. please do a review with every store to see what needs to be added.

How bout we get an update that lets the technician view the photos instead of seeing the tiny thumbnail images that are impossible to see?
too slow
takes too long to do anything within the app
Doesn’t work on newer phones
Worked great on the old work phones. switched to new iPhone and it freezes on every service call. considering this app is a Service techs lifeline, this should not be an issue.

Overall the app it very useful. The pictures never save. Often have to retake pictures. It would be nice if they auto saved to the gallery that way you’d have if didn’t sync.

Every time I’m going to use the app I have to re-Register, and it makes it really difficult to keep customers informed about the status of the units being serviced. Also, I find myself retaking pictures at least twice if not more. Would be nice if it worked properly. Set up is great though.
Gross New ui slows down work flow
In a shallow attempt to make it look flashy there are absurd sub menus and when you see the new ui all you think is EEEEWWWWWW
Awful App and even worse tech support
Figuring out whether the app will work or not is like buying a lotto ticket and hoping to hit the jackpot, which isnt great when you are relying on it for info on the side of the highway. To make it better, when you call FleetHQ for support, you have to sit and wait for 30 minutes to get anyone to answer. You want us to keep making you money? Fix your app and have a better support system.

App bugs
There’s times were I open the app and it will not load at all any of my tickets. Can’t refresh. Runs choppy as ever. I’ve found myself closing and opening the app 15 plus times just to TRY to get my tickets to load
