The old app aloud you to log out from the accounts screen. The new app did not, until people sent in request to change it. Thank you for listening.

My daughter set this up for me a couple of moths ago. I’ve been a P&N customer for many yeasts and find this application so much quicker and easier to use than using the phone for a number of uses. Well done I wish I’d known about it earlier

Great app, works really well!
This app is very functional and works really well. I have never had any issues using it and I can access all of the banking information I need without needing to go online.
Really quite good
This current version of the App works well and gives me all the functionality I need from my internet banking. I occasionally get crashes and the search function could give me more options for searching all accounts at once for a particular charge.
P&N app
Really thorough and easy to use. Never had any issues using it. Have been with P&N for over 30 years and found that any queries have been immediately resolved, compared to other Banking groups. I am proud and confident to be a member of such a thorough system. Also customer service at branches and by phone is excellent.

Best bank app I’ve used
I’ve had a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to bank apps but this one is definitely the best I’ve used. It’s clean, simple and easy to find what you need. And if ever there’s been something I thought was missing there is an option to suggest changes which in my opinion has worked very well.
Easy to use
I found this app easy to navigate and I love how I can do everything without having to call. The personal customisation I did on my accounts has been the best part.
Great Features
I have never used a banking app before that has so many features. Everything you could want is at your fingertips. One time I forgot my pin at the checkout and without hassle I logged into the app and changed my pin syraight away. I highly recommend P&N Bank and this app.
