Have it linked up to my ultimate guitar tab app and was having some challenges. Turned out to be operator error. Dan in customer support was very patient and walked me through the entire process and gave me some tips and pointers. Got to speak to real person who stands behind the product. Imagine that. Hard to connect via Bluetooth
I’m experiencing tremendous difficulty trying to connect my BT 200 to my iPad Pro (Generation 6) on my gigs.

Great tool
I had some issues with my BT-200 being too sensitive and advancing multiple pages. This caused issues when I was accompanying a play last weekend. I discovered this app, and I found out that auto-repeat was on (poor choice for a factory default BTW) and that the debounce time was fairly low. I was able to easily turn off auto repeat and max out the debounce time to 500 ms. I think this will solve my problems with the device. I’ve had my BT-200 for over two years and I just now decided to RTFM and that’s how I found out about this app. I think they should tell you about it very clearly in the Quick Start guide.

Does not work properly! GLITCHES
Will turn to next tab in Guitar Tabs then blink and go back to first tab. Have tried everything in both the I pad and AirTurn system to try and fix this.

Do not update the app. It gave me an error on my ipad air gen3 and cannot connect anymore.
Poor Pedal Sensitivity
The AirTurn-PEDpro is a decent unit with one glaring exception. On the positive side Bluetooth pairing works very easily; the unit can conveniently be paired with a number of devices. There are two programmable pedals that can control different features. the glaring exception is the poor pedal responsiveness. The app has an advance “debounce” function that allows some adjustment of the pedal sensitivity but not enough. Do not even try to operate this pedal with sock feet; shoes with hard soles give the best result in response to a hard downward stomp.

Duo BT-200
Not functioning as it said it would. PowerPoint on iPad Pro used to working but now it’s not after update of new version! Tried to configure but it just not able to run Presentation! Useless!

Doesn’t matter what I do following the manual, AirTurn will not work. Days trying! So frustrating!
