Pairs but doesn’t work intermittently

Emailed the Airturn support email the guy is just a sales guy has no idea how to fix anything.
Submitted a ticket via the in app support and didn’t get a response. Avoid!
Erroneous responses with OnSong
be pressed twice to get the next 7% up or down. Working on configuration. Will add new info if successful. Meanwhile, it’s been frustrating
Worked Great for 2 Mo then Broke
Great app, less great support
So, since I wrote this old review, I must say: support is an absolute mess and nobody has any idea what’s going on. Subtracting a star for how comically bad this has been.

App itself is solid, functional and quick. I especially love the configurable timeout and de-bounce for AirDirect devices (I have a BT-200). Unfortunately I have a major issue with mode-1 support with my BT-200, as it is quite broken. I suffer...:
1) Frequent, inexplicable disconnects while using
2) Will connect within ~1 second one day, take 10 seconds the next, or completely fail to be recognized by the app the next
3) Sometimes the “status” page reflects button presses, sometimes not, seemingly at random
4) One notable time, the AirDirect section of the app showed my pedal flashing between “connecting” and “discovering” only to spontaneously fail after about a minute of this
5) ANOTHER time, the Bluetooth pedal’s status LED showed connected, but the app would refuse to see it altogether, while simultaneously working with forScore
None of these issues occur in mode 2. I have taken every step proscribed to me to resolve connection issues, to no avail. What’s worst of all, is I have heard no word from support on this issue since reporting it 5 days ago. Right now mode 1 is utterly useless to me as I would never have the guts to use such an unreliable feature in performance. So any possible benefits (tight app integration, power saving, etc) are wasted for me because of a very broken implementation of mode 1.
Great app in general, but stick to mode 2 for the love of Pete!

Page turner for SongbookPlus
Updated review: I purchased the Bt200s-6 and was excited about the Bluetooth midi capabilities on mode 7, Ease to set up to control my Korg pa1000 style parts through iPad. I was getting a Bluetooth disconnect sporadically. I did all the recommendation on setting for the iPad, which they said would cause this. Opened several new support tickets. I went with another competitor Bluetooth pedal that had same midi capabilities and been working several weeks without a problem. I ended up returning one of the two pedals I purchased. Just using the existing in mode 2 for page turning.

Thanks for your feedback. We are constantly trying to improve. You can modify the pairing method in Advanced settings or by holding the mode button when powering on, the new method is confirmed with flashes - 2 for open pairing, 3 for closed. If you have any more detailed feedback please get in touch at support@airturn.com
