Never got to see the reindeer. It was ALWAYS “off line”. Disappointing.

Here it is the day before Christmas Eve and my grandchildren and I have yet to see any reindeer and have been looking for them since Thanksgiving. Soooooo disappointed!

Maybe there was, once. And, I cannot remotely understand why a developer would make such a *promise*, & it not remotely be so! It’s the one experience...THE MOST *IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE*, in the ENTIRE APP, that we have been completely DEPRIVED OF!! So, HOW...does a parent explain that to their child??🥺
