AWFUL APP
This app is completely useless with iOS 14. My camera because of this has become completely useless. They need to update the app as soon a possible. This is ridiculous. Samsung is ridiculous.
Let down by Samsung
I moved from Canon to Samsung NX1 on the promise of a developing system. Since then Samsung, after selling expensive cameras pulled out of the camera market and no longer seems to update their app to allow connection to IOS devices. I have to dig out my old IPad now to download camera photos as it will not connect to newer versions of IOS. Come on Samsung we should expect more than this from a company as big as you. After investing thousands for cameras and lenses I have returned to Canon but still expect to be able to use my expensive Samsung camera and gear.

Needs to update to work with new iOS updates..won’t connect camera to phone at all.
Absolutely hopeless
Can’t even get the camera to connect and even when I downloaded a separate NFC app which picked up the signal from the camera, the app claims that no smart camera is connected. Incredibly frustrated as all the features of the camera that I want to use through the app are now inaccessible. Please update so it can actually be used.

This crap needs to be taken off the AppStore
How can you advertise your products with apps that you do not plan to update to keep up with iOS upgrades. This app is useless now since it barely supports any of the functions it was advertised with .

Samsung no more produce cameras so does not care about more about past products, I used to be able to transfer pictures but not any more ,, I never buy Samsung product any more

Can no longer MobileLink does not recognize WiFi network from camera. Please update.
Still a bit clunky to connect am again able to operate my nx300
Slow initial connection via iPhone wifi settings. I tried to use recently but didnt connect, I deleted the App and reloaded latest version and success. Able to control focus, zoom and shutter action from iPhone6 with v. 11.4
Works well
Its really well on all my devices, never had a problem with it. Looking forward to the next up date, and i don’t understand why people are upset its really simple to use.😭😂
