The worst
Most useless, poorly functioning, always crashing, trash spam app on my phone. When I quit F45, it will be because of this app. Every product manager that works on supporting this digital joke should be fired
Needs a Complete Redesign
This app has one of the poorest user experiences I’ve ever encountered. Anything you want to do on this app is either unable to do or unnecessarily difficult.
Re-setting the App
I thought that I was the only one this was happening to…1. but after a few months the app needs to be re-set or 2. it tells me the F45 gym I go to is closed. After it happened the second time, I called and was told that the gym was opened. F45 needs to check out the app provider…
Log In Bugs
The app keeps logging me out then won’t accept my login with an “unknown error occurred” error message. I can’t get back in to my account for weeks at a time, then it suddenly works again for another few weeks, before then logging me out again. Other than this the app is reasonably useful and workable, but the log in issues are a nightmare and a headache.

It literally doesn’t open
The app doesn’t open, it’s hardly a complex or novel concept for an app, there must be an open source architecture you can use for a basic booking flow? Strip it back and make sure it at least does the basics.
Can’t login
Ever since downloading the challenge app I cannot login to the booking app. I have tried deleting both apps. Changing my password. Nothing works. Have had to resort to logging in online through the mind body website which is super difficult and logs me out all the time and I have to go through hoops to login. Really annoying and inconvenient considering the amount of money we pay per week. Would give 0 stars if I could for the app.
