    Had a poor experience with the provider I saw. I didn’t have high expectations to begin with, but they turned out to be completely inadequate at their job. Makes me seriously question the credibility of this company.
  • Extremely Outdated and Not User Friendly

    With all of the text savvy individuals and talent of the present day, it is disappointing that this app is outdated. Upon immediately opening the app, I had no idea where to go for legal consultation, loss recovery, financial advice, mourning coaching, or anything else really. Each available resource subject should be located on a quick tab that immediately takes you to a new page with all of the resources. It was disappointing that self help tips and articles were the primary avenue for assistance. If someone is going through hard times, the odds of them reading countless articles is very slim. Even viewing the app in the download page and seeing the 2.6 star rating was concerning and disheartening. Reviews state that as long as five years ago, people found the app to be outdated and not user friendly even then.

  • Easy and lots of ways to access care

    Used the app for the first time. It was so easy to find care - and lots of different options.
    Very easy to use.
  • Ok features, poor CBT content

    The app is straightforward and easy to use, and has good resources. I tried the Animo section on depression and it was… depressing. It tries to teach basic CBT content, but it’s very poor quality. The upshot is basically that depressed people should think positive thoughts and get more exercise-advice depressed people get a lot of, and usually have trouble following. I’m a CBT therapist, and there is a lot more to CBT than this.

  • Painfully slow!

    The app is slow, gets stuck, you will spend most of your time setting it up and you will still get logged out. Awful!

    it does not take me to my company BV page to log in. I have uninstalled and redownloaded two times

    The app doesn’t even work. It says you have to use the webpage url.

    App-solutely terrible. By the time a page loads I’ll have quit the job that offers this

    What a terribly coded app! The pauses with blank screens are numerous and annoying. Really needs overhauling.
