Great Meal for a Great Price
We really enjoyed our recent visit to Chicken Salad Chick. The choices made it difficult to decide what to choose, which was interesting. We both chose different salads and were able to try them all. Each was so good we couldn’t choose a favorite! The price for our meal was very reasonable and we both had leftovers for lunch the next day.

Visit palm harbor store
Delicious menu choices. I tried the Dixie chick chicken. This was my first time going in to try the food. Fun atmosphere, everyone was friendly and very clean store. I highly recommended I’ll definitely be going back. I bought the giving card. I can’t wait to use it! The lady who recommended the gift card - sorry I think her make was Summit super helpful!

Food Great! App Awful
First of all, the food is great, employees in the restaurant outstanding.
But the rewards program is not. The rewards program is only as good as the app. The old app worked very well with no issues. This new “update” requires users to RE-signup for the app “using the same email as used on the original app,” only it won’t let you because “that email is already in use.” Well, duh!
Soooo maybe my login is wrong???? Tries “forgot login” and it sends me right back to the “new app” page. Sooooo let’s just try this again, Round 2.
By Round 4, I’m dizzy.
So my accumulated rewards are lost; and I forfeited rewards in THIS order (ordering for office) and now I am wanting McAlisters Deli which is next door AND has a user friendly ap.
Ordering food should not be this complicated. In fact, it is NOT this complicated at OTHER eating establishments that have reward apps for ordering.
Three stars— lost two for non-customer friendly ap.
