easy to book. Yet drivers never turn up on time at least 20 mins late on my last two trips.... no phone call no explanation.my last taxi was cancelled without a phone call or reason given.
When you ring up you get told they are busy and couldn't be there that time, maybe get a feed linked into the office to say who is available rather than letting a customer pick a time that is unrealistic. Very rude office staff.
