BAIT and SWITCH SCAM
After booking a flight through this app, I got worried when I didn’t get an email confirmation from the carrier. I started researching this company and found out that they are a bait and switch scammer. Others said they would call within 24 hours and say that fare was no longer available, and that you would need to pay an additional amount of money to book the flight. I got a call about an hour later from them asking for another $140 to book the flight. I told her about the research I had done on them and that I had already talked to my bank about denying the charge. The Indian lady eventually agreed to cancel the booking.Show lessLightning LS-1
Don’t book. Bad service. Bait and switch
On a Monday I booked what I thought was a plane reservation. A few minutes later I received a call stating the booking is no longer available and they would find another flight for me. They found a flight with another airline (not my frequent flyer) at $250 more. Not happy but needed to get to destination. 24 hours later did not receive e-ticket confirmation. Called customer service. They assured me I’m booked. Next day no confirmation. Called again. Same assurance. Day 3 still nothing. Called again. I’m supposed to leave within the next 30 hours. Delta Airlines didn’t have record of my reservation. Called customer service to cancel. Gave me some grief about it then they cancelled it. At least they sent an email stating the cancellation. Scam
Received a call that my prices did not include tax so it would be a bit more. Requested ALL my information that I just entered to purchase the tickets on the app. When I questioned them, they said there was a glitch in the system and needed my CC info over the phone, staying once they run it I will get my tickets by the next morning. I did not give it and cancelled the whole thing. Received harassing calls and texts from them after. I now have a fraud charge on my CC.Show lessTheJG307
First review I ever left for any App
As my title states I never ever ever took the time to write a review for an app not that I’m lazy I just never had the urge or want to lol, but I gotta give this app its due, literally traveled 5 times to 10-11 countries in the past year and a half because the ridiculous cheap prices I find on this site, one recommendation is to book one way tickets to major hub cities like Lisbon, Madrid, London and then book another one way ticket to your final destination saves you more on top of the cheap prices already introduced to us from this app. So try from your starting location to final destination then try from a major hub city and see the difference and be smart leave at least 3-4 hours between flights to cover for delays or luggage issues. NEVER lists any found flights. Not working.
I wanted your app to work. I was hoping for results. But it doesn’t matter what I enter for airports, nor if I change the dates, the app searches and NEVER delivers a result.
I give it two stars because I appreciate the tips and it seems like the person or people who made it are sincere. But../

BEST APP FOR CHEAP FLIGHTS
LISTEN! I NEVER rate apps. This the most helpful app EVER. My brother got stuck in another state. Needed a ticket! I couldn’t pay $400+ for a one way ticket so I downloaded this app and found a ticket for the same day 4 times cheaper than what I would’ve paid on any other site! Stole my money
I booked a flight got email flight number everything fine called the actual and they said it was all fine. Went to airport and there was NO TICKET I called and some very rude man said they tried to contact me to let me know they price changed and they couldn’t confirm the flight I booked this flight a week ago I was standing in the airport ready to leave and had NO TICKET then he said ok I’ll refund you or you pay extra 500$ right now my father in law is having emergency surgery I had to get on that plane I ended up paying a extra 460$ direct to airlines for the flight an still no confirmation of a refund I will find who ever you people are and end youShow lessLaMala22
My New Go-To!
Havent booked flights on here yet, but cross-compared this with my previous go-to, Google Flights, and each search on this app (often with same exact airlines) was significantly cheaper. Hands down the worst booking app I’ve ever used. My sister and I needed to purchase return tickets from Mexico City to Orlando. When we originally booked the flights they were $309 for two one ways, and today we got an email stating that the flights went up in price and they never confirmed our booking. They waited over 24hours to send me this letter, and no where does it state in the original email that they only sent me a “price quote.” We ended up having to pay an additional $140, because by the time they confirmed the ticket... the price had changed many times by then.
