I just learned that 23andme DOES NOT recognize Palestine and every Palestinian that did the test did not get accurate results. Please fix this 23andme because it is unacceptable.

The gift that keeps on giving.
Definitely the gift that keeps on giving. I was given this kit as I wanted to find out more about my African heritage. In the last 18 months I’ve had continuous updates. I have now purchased one for my daughter. I recommend the top of the range kit.

Firstly I wanted to congratulate you on your suburb service/application you have provided myself and my family!
Secondly and finally DNA 🧬 restores one’s knowledge about who and what we all are in so many aspects it’s having the potential to being able to join the dots.

Scam
Before I paid, they confirmed that I would continue to get access to future tests for my original fixed payment. But then they created a ‘premium’ service, for which you need to pay an ongoing subscription. Now, I only receive the ‘basic’ tests, which are the least important.

They were also belligerent and rude when I asked them to honour the original agreement.

This experience has made me not trust them and fully regret giving them my DNA.

An utter waste of money
I’m not reviewing the app here, I’m reviewing 23andMe. And as per the title, it is a complete waste of time and money. A family member of mine as spent the last 15/18 years researching our family history/bloodline and heritage, and 23andMe hasn’t hit or found a single one of the people or given me ANY information that matches what my family member has found out, and yes I trust the information they have researched over the nonsense 23andMe have rustled up!
Don’t waste your time, money or data. Do the research yourself, it’ll be way more fun and a whole lot more accurate!
