Greatful!
I’m absolutely thrilled about this app have told everyone and anyone who will listen to do it. All my life I was told one thing and all these years later I found out I’m none of it or a trace. I’m very interested in family trees where I come from. My grandfather raised me to respect and love everyone. He brought us to the festival of nations every year as a child to learn about other cultures. Now that he’s gone this app helps me continue learning what he tried to teach me growing up about my family and has opened up so many more questions. I spend a lot of time online researching reading about dna. Ancestry, etc. things aren’t always what they seem….. tyShow lessssssjjjjb
Just wish I could access the medical
Never have and probably never will get the medical side. I’m adopted I need it. My cousin got it but they change the rules and now, I am in the limbo I have always lived my life. & I think it’s cruel.domsimpen
Great app but Messenger need improvement
It’s really a good app to use for ancestral DNA very accurate as well. Two things need to be improved to make the app a bit more efficient. One the messaging app which doesn’t show messages in order and it’s a bit complicated. Second the ancestral roots information for each person isn’t enough as it only shows a general information which we all already know about it.Show lessAn tube
Wrong on the hair colour
I am 100% pure red hair, blond eyelashes, fair skinned and it says I am 95% chance not a red head. Makes me wonder what else they are so very wrong on?Red and Wrong

Kind of disappointed.. I already know what colour my hair and eyes are… I guess I was hoping to learn more than that without having to pay a monthly fee.isjdbdhd
Money Scam
I paid nearly $500 for this, and now your going to add perks that we have to pay additional funds to get, out of our DNA! What’s up with that? Yet you have ALL MY DNA, do you understand that is everything I have, and now you want more money to give a little bit more information to me out of MY DNA!! Very disappointed in 23&me!! It’s more like 23 & MORE MONEY without the PLEASE!!! I wouldn’t recommend 23&Me to anyone, anymore

So inaccurate
All my ancestry results were wrong…. My traits … my relatives … everything…. I can actually trace my family and where we come from and 23 and me was 100 % wrong. My results were as far fetched as telling someone from India they are not Indian but all their family is from Ireland… or telling someone from Ireland their parents , grandparents and great grandparents are all from west Africa… when I questioned a supervisor about my results they were not accountable, and had no logical explanation, I honestly believe 23 and me is a scam. It has a rating of 1 at the bbb better business bureau, and I wish I checked this before using. I do not recommend!! Save your money!!! Do not buy!! This is good for someone who doesn’t know anything about their relatives and will then believe anything that is told to them… not for someone who knows… they are either blatantly lying or making guesses… some may be correct but mine is absolutely wrong! You have a better chance doing Google searches or using Facebook to do ancestry searches and find relatives.Show lessAppointedByGod

The app lags, and it’s really complicated to use in comparison to another DNA test/app I’ve taken. I tested here because I wanted haplogroup and to see if there was more info on my indigenous ancestry from Mexico as well as my African ancestry. The data wasn’t anything exciting but the app was able to match me to two of my half-sisters that I knew of, though it was nice to have the dna confirmation. I just really feel like this app is not user friendly. I have a hard time navigating. I messaged someone earlier and now I can’t find my messages. So I’m sure I’ll have to go back to Google to find them. Clicking on dna relatives takes a really long time to load — I think I have like 5000 though so that may be it. I don’t know. I just wish the tree was easier to look at and the menus for navigating were less difficult.Show lessSDenee
Please add SI units for Blood & Biomarkers
Good app, pretty easy to use. A couple of suggestions for improvements in the Blood & Biomarkers feature:
* read from Apple Health if samples are already available, e.g. Height, Weight, BMI etc
* data entry for other Blood & Biomarkers should allow to switch to SI units (e.g. umol/L instead of md/dL) so they can be copied from test results that use these unitsShow lessjames22345
Just received my report
Very interesting but still quite limited. I hope there will be more. They have identified my sister but neither my daughter nor my niece who both did 23 & Me a few years ago. Nothing about ability to carry a tune or type of ear-wax etc. Maybe more will come and this isn’t the full and final report.N33di
