Community Rewards Rock
Such fun! Much like reading the part of a short story where you get to have a starring role.

As for me, I love seeing the photos my neighbors put in and I get to vote on those I like the best…I hope mine are seen an appreciated as well.
Also, a bit of a treasure hunt where my stylus runs around in apps such as Facebook and my points add up just for saying hi.
Then, there is my chance to let management know how I think they are doing….more points…
I continue to be happily surprised when my points add up to a dinner at Applebee’s or a box of pint of icecream at CVS. And I never have to leave my lounge chair or get out of my pajamas.
I know I haven’t mentioned everything about Community Rewards…but that’s ok. I left a few surprises for you.

We LOVE community rewards! It's a great way to become active in your community and earn money. It’s an easily accessible app, you can connect with your community and the building .super short reviews to earn points and earn cash rewards , rewards are building based so based on your building not the app. Everything easy to find and use , it’s a great app overall!!

Very easy
Very easy to claim and doesn’t take much time to do stuff for rewards. Do recommend.
Don’t bother wasting your time.
Built my point up for them to remove my account when my lease was terminated so therefore I couldn’t cash in my points for my card and all the constant work I put in trying to get them was wasted. Don’t bother wasting ur time with this, they will just lock you out and take your points you earned all year.

Registration system is broken.
I can’t register for this dang app. The link it sends me takes me right back to the “check your email” page. I can’t log in without the “magic link” because I don’t have a password. When I try to create a password it takes me right back to the start, asking me to enter my email so they can send me that broken link again. Very poor design.

Thought this was a neat idea for apartment complexes and tenants. Moved into an apartment building in August started collecting points as often as I could. Within 2 months had enough points for a $30 gift card but thought I’d just keep collecting them for a bigger gift card.
Went to login for Snapchat Friday this week and couldn’t get into my account. It kept saying my email wasn’t in the system. Called community rewards and they told me my apartment recently dropped the community rewards program with no warning and the points I collected were no longer available.
What a horrible business practice. I should be able to at least redeem the points I had for a certain period of time instead of just screwing me completely out of them.
My apartment complex is bad enough for not warning anyone but the fact that community rewards won’t let you redeem your points as soon as the apartment complex drops them just makes this company a bunch of spineless turds

Cash out often
My apartment building switched owners/management and no one was told we weren’t going to continue with this rewards program so I lost over $100 worth of point from several years. I wasn’t able to login and cash out even though I had earned all of that.
1st review for the Comminity Rewards
I’ve been using this Reward Program since I’ve lived with Alder Terrace and it is such a fun way to earn a gift card. Actual gift cards, most of the ones I have got were at least $15 but I’ve got up to $30. It’s very easy to get one if you just visit the app like any other app daily. Sometimes you can’t earn for another week, but I always check. Also they update it monthly with a bunch of questions to earn even more. Love this and hope they keep it going!
