Easy money

Love eating Johnny’s pizza and getting basically a 5% rebate. I do wish all the franchises participated in Johnny’s Rewards.

Reorders - Deliveries

I like the app. The only issue I have is when you reorder from a previous delivery order, it defaults to pickup. I have accidentally not changed it and had to go pick up the order. It happened twice and on hectic days. It should force the choice or default to previous method.

Great Everything

I’ve never been disappointed in any meal that I’ve purchased from Johnny’s Pizza. Everything is so very good.

Needs better functionality

The app does what it promises but needs enhancement. While I can order “curbside” on the web I can’t seem to do that with the app. I also can’t order a pizza with “no cheese”, which is necessary sometimes. This means calling the order in, which means no rewards, etc. The app is otherwise responsive, and I’ve had no issues getting my order on time and accurately filled.

Thanks for the feedback. We will work on getting "No cheese" added as an option for the online ordering. I do need to let you know that you can still get reward points by giving your loyalty phone number to the person taking your order over the phone. They can apply it to your account and see if you have any rewards available. You can also earn points in store by giving your server the loyalty phone number. Thanks for being a customer.

Always double check your order!

Like old version it works well but stuff will go missing from an order or the “reorder”. Double check your EVERY TIME!

Difficult to order

App is frustrating. Got my ordered entered and didn’t let me continue to finalize my order saying my name was missing but I was signed in and my name was clearly displayed in the name area. Got frustrated and ordered from someplace else. So basically the app cost them business.
