Very convenient when you want to find a ride
I live in an area where there is no such thing as Uber and also travel a lot for business.
Minicabit has been my go to to sort out my trips - it is easy to use and you get given options in no time.
Being able to see the range of prices but more importantly the reviews from the operators helps me ensure that I get the best cab and travel hassle free.

Convenient, efficient
Been using Minicabit for a few years now.
The app is similar to the browser version - clear, fairly easy to use, gives you the best prices and a range of options on one page.

App itself works well
App works well, though sometimes spams me. Had a driver not show up and almost missed a flight but overall, willing to try again on place where there’s no Uber

Have been using minicabit for all my pre booked rides. The customer service response is fast and reliable and generally the subcontractors have been punctual and polite. The cars are also quite spacious and comfortable. Pricing is competitive too. Definitely recommend their services.
Good service, app needs improvement
I use minicabit for airport transfers and it is always very reliable. My only issue with the app is that it sometimes lags when I try to make a booking, however the cab service itself is great.

Have been using minicabit for a few years and always reliable for bookings. Also always someone to contact with quick response if you have a query or need to amend.
Reliable Taxi Service
I use Minicabit frequently when travelling to Manchester airport from our house. I have never had an issue with my booking, and all the drivers I have had have been professional and courtious. We live in a small village, so sometimes I get a call from the drover asking for precise address with instructions, but that has not been an issue for me.

I used minicabit for the first time to go and back from Heathrow Airport. App is so easy to use and the options regarding car type, luggage qty are so helpful to find the right car. Also I can find my booking information without going through emails. Definitely recommended.

I’ve used Minicabit for a number of years, and I can honestly say,they’ve never let me down. Cars are always clean, drivers friendly, and the prices are more than reasonable. It all adds up to a stress free journey, and a happy customer.

Every trip to and from LHR, the only transportation that my family and I use is one of the car services through “minicab.” I must say that each visit has exceeded my expectations. The scheduling through their app is quick and easy, and I enjoy having the options of the type of car service that I can choose from.
I do agree that a toll free number should be available to avoid expensive prone costs, however the communication via their app has worked out wonderfully to date.
