I would like to see a french language option
One Star only to view coins - forget trying to buy
This app much like the website does not work well at all. Sure you can review coins and view them, read about them etc. But when it comes to making a purchase this is where the problems start. First there is a delay when placing in the cart and then viewing the cart. Then when going from cart to payment many times you have to keep clicking the button until the progress pops up. And many times it says “there is a problem close and try again” then once to the payment section the credit card never seems to get saved. And again when clicking to order again you one has to press the order button before the processing pop up shows up. Then again you get the error message so again click and again the error but since my cars show purchases I do know that it did go through as a card tells me there is a new charge. But the app still shows the item in the card and the order error message. Go out of that screen and now the cart is empty. Same issue seem to happen on the website so this is probably a transaction issue. It’s like they don’t want me to buy their products. Very frustrating!

Good site app could use some work
I love collecting coins and the Canadian mint is great for that. they are trusted and reliable. unfortunately the app is a little glitchy. I tried to navigate, but the responses are so slow. it still works It’s just not as quick as if you used the webpage.
Behind the times
The app was recently updated and it went from bad to worse. Lost my entire database of collection created in previous version. New version is still a waste of time. Does not store login details, navigation is very slow. No current status of where you are at in master club points. This lack of effort is indicative of the Mints focus on revenue over quality.

Pointless
When I open the app it says “sorry page not found”. Then I try signing in and it doesn’t let me. What is the point of this app?

Won’t change screens when pressing different navigation buttons.
Forces you to log back in when you close out the app.
Really terrible, not worthy of being among the prestigious apps on my diamond-encrusted iPhone!

Interesting Idea, but…
It would be great to be able to see all collections & specialty coins from the past. I got this app in hopes that I could determine what coins that I had were from what collection, and see what I’m missing. But it only shows what’s new

The app needs help. Very glitchy. I would expect more from a app made by the government

We should be able to get the login when we open the app. If not, we are stuck with no place to go. Very annoying!

Allows you to sort your coins into collections, but does not allow you to rename or delete collections. Even if you delete the app and reinstall, even if you reset everything, it will repopulate with the collections you created. This info is stored somewhere on RCM servers, but cannot be accessed through the app or the website.
So be careful . . . If you make a typo you're stuck with it forever.
