Updates have now made the app worth using. It has more functionality. Processing transactions takes some time to complete but the app has generally gotten better.

Well done to you Flow you have made payments so easy, especially when paying from abroad. Hope all will follow in your footsteps.
Smooth Flow, but you missed the mark!
I have multiple accounts, 2 mobile accounts, one home account and a business account. The mobile accounts were smooth sailing because I was able to setup autopay; however, thatβs were Flow missed the mark by limiting how many auto payment options a customer could have per account. My home and business accounts took several additional steps to complete my transactions. Flow, please increase the number of automated payments allowed. Thank!

The menus are quick to access and the payment methods are within seconds.
Overall good app, just need to update the β My account balance β section. Sometimes the balance is not accurate. I tend to keep refreshing the page often to get my actual account balance.

Received a reminder and it took less than one minute to pay and settle my bill

Had some issues to set up my credit card to pay but after that, I have had no problems

The feature to see usage of the plan or service for mobile should be activate. Not only because I want to see what Iβm paying for but my usage during the service .Trying not go over what my budget is whether it be data , sms or talk Time.
