  • A Laggy, Slow Disappointment (iPhone 7+)

I have an iPhone 7 Plus, the highest power iPhone model available at the time of writing. There is no reason why this app can't run on my phone. It runs at what feels like half speed at all times. The King of Fighters i-2012 runs better on this phone and not only is it extremely old and built for old devices, I'm pretty sure it has more going on under the hood. I've played this game on the Nintendo Switch and at EVO so I know that it's normally a good game. It is astounding how such a fun fighting game is given this sort of treatment. This game would make Street Fighter IV Championship Edition look like a complete and utter joke if only it was playable.

  • Mark of the Wolf on iOS?

The controls are good and tight. Loading time is non existent, and the filter flash effect for about all you're ever gonna get for smart phone port of this game or Any SNK for that matter. Great job all and all. The original feel wasn't tarnished with too much technology.
  • iOS needs more Fatal Fury titles

Please snk bring to iOS more fatal fury titles. Fatal fury 3 and the real bout series. I didn't give 5 stars because the Bluetooth mode doesn't work currently :(
  • Slowdown on latest devices?!

Playing on iPhone 7 Plus, slows down terribly
  • Please update app not 100% compatible with new iOS

Games runs super slow needs update this game and along with Metal slug 3 also Blazing Star and I'm pretty sure many other SNK games have the same problem. Neo Turf Master plays well on the current iOS. Thank you
  • Needs to be updated

I waited till I got a better phone to buy it, but since it hasn't been updated to work with the latest iSO it's super slow and choppy. Don't buy it unless they fix it, until then get it on steam or PS4
  • Great game. OK port

I love MOTW. I play it regularly on my Neo Geo (yes, I still have a Neo Geo). However, there are two things that make this game only an OK port compared to the other ports and formats that you can get it on. First, it crashes intermittently. Not really cool to get to the end of the game only to have it quit out while playing the ending sequence. Second is the lack of Apple TV support. C'mon guys! With one quick update you could push out a version that would give gamers a reason to dust off the Nimbus controller that they bought for their 4th gen AppleTV. I did a play through using AirPlay mirroring from my iPhone 6 to my Apple TV and it crashed, it had performance issues intermittently, and the audio skips in places. A native TV app would be ideal. Fix it and I'll update this review.

  • Classic SNK Fighter

This is one of many great SNK games, and it was ported very well for iOS. My only complaint is that the special buttons don't seem to work and cannot be hidden (iOS 10.0.2, iPhone SE). On a separate note, I'd really love to see The Last Blade 2 or Waku Waku 7 on iOS as well!
  • The fact that they ported this is a dream come true!

One of the finest fighting games I've ever played. Full of depth, amazing characters and slick colourful animations. Not the best way to experience the game but definitely worth it to have this in a handheld form. I hope they continue the series someday. There has been a long drought in good fighting games. I'm glad to have this to remind me of the good times :) Thanks SNK and DotEmu. BTW the multiplayer didn't work for me. I'm looking forward to playing with people online. Also don't forget about Last Blade 2 and all the other amazing titles in the catalogue. PS for people complaining about the controls there are hotbuttons you can swipe for easier input and I'm actually shocked how well they got the controls. Peace!

  • Great game- Control Needs Update

Awesome game. The special and desperation buttons should be changed so that you dont't need to slide a button towards a specific direction.

I think it would be much better if the special moves can be pulled off like in KOF 97, 98, and i-2012: Move the D-pad in a specific direction and tap the special button.

I got a good number of fighting games, and it's counter-intuitive to have to slide the special button to perform a special move.

If some people do like how the special button is set up in this game, then it would be awesome to provide an option in the game settings, so the special/desperation buttons work like in the KOF ports.

    Thanks!
