No Lock-screen widget
There is no way to add a widget to the iPhone Lock Screen
Useless - can’t share keys so can’t split up
Only one user can have a key assigned and they can’t share it with anybody else. In a 5 person party with an apartment it’s unusable.
Refuse to use it. If you are booking accommodation and they tell you this is how you get a key, tell them you’re booking somewhere else and tell them why.

Would be awesome if it has an Apple Watch app, new widget not working
It would be awesome if it has an Apple Watch app, like the mobile access app from HID. New widget on iOS 18 is not working and not loading my key

It’s okay but I wish it was Apple Watch compatibilite. So I don’t need to take my phone out each time

No iOS 18 widget
Please bring back a widget for iOS 18. The widget was so useful for quick access, I am now searching for the app before being able to unlock doors. Previously I found the app/widget to be excellent.

Its alright its actually quite smart but needs to have better connectivity with doors when case is on a phone AND PLEASE MAKE IT APPLE WATCH FRIENDLY!! it would be so convenient
Home widget is not working on iOS 18
I have liked using the iOS widget but it stopped working on iOS 18. Really looking forward to being able to do this from my watch. Now I have to sign into my phone in order to operate the door.

Worse app I’ve ever used
Staying at Finlakes. Tried on both phones neither worked. Had to go to reception twice to get a key card to let us in.
