Failure
Hey I just updated my phone to IOS and when I try using this app it fails to launch which before then it was working on my iPhone 7 says the phone does not meet the minimal requirements to use the app ????????. Come on guys fix it.
Completely useless
Totally unresponsive, could not even retrieve a map of the Metro. Not worth downloading.
Needs Improvement
The app is decent but still needs some work on the user interface, bugs and crashes.
I have some suggestions though:
1- Card management: allows the user to add a digital card to Apple Wallet, and scan the phone on the subway entrance instead of the physical card.
2- Widget: add a Qatar Rail widget on the iPhone to allow quick access to important information without opening the app (e.g., Card Balance)
3- Apple Watch App: allows the user to access information using the Apple Watch, and also scan the watch as a ticket on entrance.

Personal information?!?!
Why do you need my birth date, gender, nationality, and profession to register? I’m surprised Apple even allowed these to be required information when approving this app.
Not friendly to use
Not friendly to use, misses basic features which should be in metro app like city map with actual stations location. Every single time asks for sign in even if choosing remember me. And the problem there's no app except this one!
Incomplete at best
Probably shouldn’t have been launched until it was actually ready and complete. I’ll update the rating once this is done and the app is actually functional. For now it just errors out if it doesn’t like an input. Can’t register my card, can’t get live updates, etc. but the app *looks* nice.
It may work - if you can log in
Oh my, the time I’ve wasted trying to set up an account, only to have this dumb app tell me I’ve typed an invalid email address.
I’ve deleted it. Hopefully it may improve as the system gets more users and bugs are ironed out. But I won’t invest more time in it until it’s fixed.

Doesn’t work!
Doesn’t allow you add cards. When you select metro link it tells you there is a connection error. Next to useless! Will be uninstalling.
Top up never works
I Tried to top up for 100 QR from the app and the money got deducted from my card and also got successful transaction email from qatar Rail . It has been 2 days and still no updates from them

Why is there no support for jailbroken users
I can't even use the app if I'm jailbroken. It doesn't have any security flaws that will affect other users.
