Paid for nothing
I have downloaded the app willing to watch a live concert therefore i have downloaded it and paid to see.. while I have seen nothing, it keeping send me out of the app without showing anything from my concert that I wanted to watch so I paid for nothing and seen nothing.
When I have reported it to the customer service; they kept ignoring me.
This happened to me in December 2017 and still didn’t get anything back. I’m so disappointed!Show lessAhmedsal91
