Meditaciones cortas donde cada día se toca un tema diferente. Me cuesta mucho seguir meditaciones guiadas por el tema de la voz de quien guía, pero la voz de Alejandra es perfecta y todo lo que dice también. Aún tengo mucho que hacer en el app pero seguro me ayudará mucho más en mi crecimiento personal . Gracias
