Geolocation Override Needed
When you take a picture of the issue, the photo geolocation overrides the actual address entered into the issue details. The geolocation of the photo can be significantly different from the actual issue address, for example across the street or on an opposite corner of an intersection. Please implement an additional option to accept the photo geolocation address or the address manually entered into the issue details.

Corrupted phone. Did not slay
I downloaded the app to try to submit a request. The app crashed and then made my phone reboot. After rebooting, no videos would play on the phone and the phone would continually reboot randomly. I had to try to restore my iPhone to factory settings. Be fail. App does not slay. Do not download.
This is the best DC can do?
This app constantly fails when you get to the point to submit a ticket. “An error occured, please resubmit or call 311”.
Submit button grayed out
The submit button for a request is always grayed out even when every field is complete so you can’t use the app and have to call. Very annoying.
I think they cut me off!
I submitted several items the first day I downloaded the app and it hasn’t worked since. Just say request can’t be submitted at this time. Kind of sus…

Update 2/2022. App still stinks. Unreliable and always returns errors when I try to submit.

I’m not sure what all these negative reviews are complaining about, but I opened the app, searched for yard waste, filled out all the necessary info, and it shot me a confirmation email. Now…whether they actually show up is another matter entirely, but using the app itself was pretty seamless with the slight exception of setting up an account. I don’t particularly care about that part as long as the services I pay exorbitant taxes to fund actually take care of my issues.

Worst app I’ve ever used. For anything.
Worst app I’ve ever used. For anything. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Took me 18 minutes to log a request. It makes you enter your address several times. Kept crashing. Had to reload app a few times. Clunky. Why on earth did you stop using See Click Fix? Also, would have been very helpful if DC had informed residents it was no longer using See Click Fix. I actually had to Google to find out.

Used to be able to submit requests here but now just get error messages
Never works!!! Useless
This piece of garbage app makes you go through the whole process of loading all the information, and then submitting doesn’t even work. This has been a constant issue for years, and DC government doesn’t fix because they don’t actually want to deal with 311 requests. So it’s easier just to have an app that doesn’t even work.
