Their taxis are great…if you can get one. App is mediocre
First of all, while the app does have an English option, many of the messages you get in the app are still in Thai. their website is all in Thai as well, so they are apparently not targeting expats and tourists. The GPS feature showing you where your taxi is does not update well (as does Uber) and your taxi may show up when it appears it is still five minutes away.
The taxis are really good, but the app service is poor. Many times I have requested one without success, although there are taxis in the area. If you are successful, waiting times are inaccurate, and sometimes you get cancelled after the taxi is confirmed.
Again, I really do like the taxis and drivers. But the app and service just do not cut it.

Bad app. Can't even register as a user.
Don't waste your time download this app as it needs a big improvement. I can't even register as a new user because the OTP password has never come !!
The app is not working
Been trying to register during the last 24hrs. via both email and Facebook. Nothing works.
