Useless
I really don’t know why the developer is not addressing these issues. I have spent a good half hour trying to reset my password and it will not work and only gives you a vague error message. Previously I had use this app 3 to 4 times a month at least and had no problems whatsoever. Now since the update it does not recognize my password or let me change to a new one. I came on here to see if anyone had an issue and I am amazed at how many people have said they are no longer able to login or use the app. Really sad because this was a helpful app for me and I did enjoy the rewards and coupons
So until some major changes are corrected here this app is completely useless.

Worst App Update
About a month ago I clicked on my rewards or $ off and it made my points go into negative. Then coupons were not saved or used when I checked out. They update the app for a “better app” and I cant even sign in. You are able to type your email but keyboard wont pop up for password. Fo 3 weeks now I have had to shop other places with coupons and their apps. Its not fair when I have an account but yet cant use it to save money.

Too many glitches
This app won’t let me sign into it because the password field does not work. I updated to the newest version on my iPhone 11 and it’s still not working. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still won’t work. It had glitches even before this issue like the reward points do not update, so I’ve lost out on points. It’s pretty useless.

Glitches continue
About a month ago it stopped recognizing my password and wouldn’t give me an opportunity to try again or change password. Today it allowed me to request to change the password, then without telling me the password requirements, told me my password didn’t meet the requirements. I was allowed to correct the password, however the sight didn’t open with the newly corrected password. Like the reviewer above, I love my store, but am frustrated by not being able to access the ad specials only available through the program. Also, it is useless to create a list on this site as I am unable to access the list on the site (on my phone) while I am in the store. Previously there was a way to contact the web editor through the site, but that is no longer available.

Disappointing
We were initially happy to be able to add this app as we tend to shop at Save Mart on a regular basis. The app however has not been working for close to three months. We have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and changed our password multiple times and get the same error messages. It doesn’t make much sense looking to see the rewards and coupons available if the app does not function.
I hope the bugs get worked out. At this point it might be worth just deleting the app.

Many glitches
Unable to load coupons to card most of the time. Now password doesn’t work and unable to change— codes not sent. Recognizes email but unable to get into account. Love my local store but this app is not useful
Prevents saving password on iPhone
Every time I use this app I have to reset the password. It doesn’t support the long custom password I typically use so I have to set this stupid short password that I never remember. I keep hoping you fix the bug to allow me to use the save password function on iPhone (the app always forces screen to switch immediately after changes password, which force closes the save password feature). I am sick of resetting my passwords. Please fix this !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Save Mart Card Membership
I have been a member for a long time. I could not get on today and in trying to do so it asked for my password. It wouldn’t take it and asked for a new one. I gave a new one not realizing it was for Instacart. I still couldn’t get in so deleted sbd tried to make a new account. Still can’t get in and I’m sure have lost about 1450 points. Not happy here. Are you having problems with your app??

Hard to use
Broke down and got this app. This was supposed to make my shopping experience easier. The paper ad lists in app specials but when you use the app they are not there. For example: Pepsi products 4/ $12 but with digital coupon it’s 4/ $10. Problem? No such digital coupon exists on the app. Waste of my time. I’m going back to Vons.

Fix your app!
I just downloaded the app and tried to set up an account. I did this because my husband is locked out of his and nothing he tries will let him get in.
When trying to set up my account it wouldn’t let me proceed because of an invalid password. No change that I tried would make it accept my password even though every one I created met the parameters set forth.
