What is this app for
You can’t book any apppointments or check any timetable’s- it just sends you to the url in your browser. What is this app for? The website by better is so unfriendly for mobile users, I thought the app would be the solution. But it is completely pointless

In true Better (worst) style, selection for bookings is clunky, doesn’t advertise on which days you can book female only spa experience, conflicting info about that on their website vs app, if it’s not available on one date, doesn’t offer the next available etc.
Like any digital interactions with them it’s as if it was designed not to help you make a booking, but waste your time for a bit and then make you give up. I’m sure that’s not their intention, but their obviously not hiring capable people to help them structure their digital content/architecture.

Complete Waste of Time
Seriously the worse app I have ever encountered. I downloaded this as the website says that the app shows availability but it’s just a contact form and don’t do anything of the sort. Better to call them or use the website.
Please fix the bugs!
This app has some potentially useful features but it’s so buggy, it crashes and freezes my whole phone (iPhone). You are also still required to open web browser windows as it doesn’t include all the information so it slightly defeats the object. This content could be on a website?
Pointless
I downloaded this in the hope I would be able to long in to my account and see my appointments but that’s not the case at all. In the end I deleted it and won’t be downloading again until it has a much needed update
What’s the purpose
As with everyone else this app lacks the functionality you would expect I can’t login to my account I can’t view my bookings, so it won’t notify me of upcoming appointments so not sure what the purpose is.
What's the point of this app?
It works fine but nothing you can't already do via the internet. Pointless.

this app is a glorified email proforma for requesting appointments. it has no other functionality. doesn't have available appointments listed or prices etc
