App will not load on either ipad we have. Will work on the iphone. Please fix asap!

English version will not load/start. Uploaded loaded the Spanish version and it seemed to work.

Downloaded to both iPad and iPhone 6splus..no sound. Disappointing.
Not working
We downloaded this App to both an iPhone 4s and an iPhone 5. Both of them the buttons will not work when you go to the exercises.
