I don’t even have the words to describe just how great this game is. This game is not only ADORABLE, but also unique in all the best ways.
The Last Campfire challenges both your mind and your heart. Every puzzle is strategic in it’s own way and encourages you to think outside of the box. The story it tells is so beautiful and narrated in such an alluring way. The closing scene captured my heart in a way no other game has before. It teaches an important lesson and puts life into a completely different perspective. The creators gave a face to what it feels like to lose hope & went a step further to show the importance of pressing forward throughout it all.
The Last Campfire shows the impact that holding onto hope can have on an individual and those around them. It shows the importance of giving and lending a helping hand. This game has so much potential for aiding in mental health & I didn’t even think that was possible for a video game, much less an App Store game. Immersive, Emotional, Colorful, Fantastic Fantasy World!
This game tells emotional filled stories within its main story some of which that you can correlate with real life. The beautiful detail in areas to explore, with incredible narration, music and visuals. It’s Worth playing all over again from start to finish wishing a sequel is in the works. The topics of failing, feeling lost, hope, paths, not giving up is so well shown and relatable. The puzzles are mind bending and can even challenge deeply in thought at times. I truly have fallen in love with this world, the meanings, even some of the characters. With all my heart I hope there will be more from this world and these developers.Show lessSincerely. B
Amazing story and gameplay
The story in this game is amazing first of all, I think this game has the best story in a mobile game out there I love the fact how it can be dark and scary and fun and friendly at the same time. The final endgame part where you save the puppeteer of the forest king is amazing. I can’t even fathom how I felt when the game ended. And on to the gameplay, the gameplay is fun and unique combining open world and puzzles in one. I liked how each puzzle was unique but only one problem which is when you save the puppeteer of the forest king it should be harder because it’s the final puzzle in the game and was kind of underwhelming in some ways. But the design of this game is amazing and I recommend it and other then the final puzzle being to easy it did have the best decoration with the forest king and the giant tower. Other then the final puzzle I recommend this game to anyone who wants to play a puzzle game.Show lessi will eat the chicken

This is one the best games I have ever played! The style is so pretty, I love the characters, the music and sound design is so good and I love the voice acting!!! The puzzles were great, never too challenging but some got me thinking. I love the story, and I felt peaceful when playing! Definitely recommend to anyone who loves a good adventure and/or a fun puzzle! I do wish it could of been a little longer but other than that I have no complaints!! It is so beautiful in every way!!! I love it
Absolutely amazing graphics, the story and meaning behind this game is beautiful as well as the general atmosphere the game is in. I was sad when I finished because it was such a beautiful game throughout all the way to the end. The puzzles were great as well, a good mixture of simple and difficult puzzels. Just overall amazing, such a cute setting and character and a truly exquisite story teaching about hope and never giving up.

Beautiful graphics, decent puzzles
I first accessed this through Apple Arcade, where my pet peeve is that most of the puzzle games come with zero instructions. When I first started this game, the same was true, but it turned out that was the lead in, a series of beautifully drawn vignettes. Hints and just enough detail are provided to create fun and thought provoking game play and puzzle solving. I’m now very happy I found this.
My pet peeve with other Apple Arcade games remains, however, and taints the few very good games I’ve found so far on the platform. It took a lot of searching to find this. It should be rated much higher.Show lessPlayer KEK
Best mobile game I’ve ever played
This game brought me back to the adventure games of my childhood. Rayman, Donkey Kong, Banjo Kazooie, etc. It was a perfect combination of exploration and puzzles. They graphics are cute and detailed, the narrator’s voice is very pleasant. I can go on. I had an absolute joy of a time playing this over the course of about 2 weeks. It was a 12 hour run for me so not a super long game but just enough to feel like I had accomplished something and enjoyed a full story. I am on a constant search for games like this one, and very rarely find one that really impresses me. The graphics are gorgeous! The puzzles are PERFECT! Challenging at times, but never felt I needed to search for help (well, maybe once I did 🤪). I absolutely LOVE the scene with the big old sloppy pig. The sounds & music are just perfect! I can’t say enough about this game. When you FIRST start out the game it may feel a little underwhelming, but stick with it. Trust me, you will LOVE this journey & there’s lots of gameplay here. When the trumpet (or whatever it’s called) comes in, the puzzles get REALLY fun!

My favorite puzzle game
This was such an incredible game. i loved the graphics and animation(BEAUTIFUL) and the attention to detail. i totally didnt almost cry when the robot made me a duck shaped boat just like i wanted. very cute. wish it was longer because it was so fun and i dont think ive seen a more beautiful stylized game before. LOVE it. and all the puzzles were solvable but some took me a while. i would ask for one thing, if there was an update. Please let us keep track of what journal entries we have already and which we dont, by level. i wanted to compelte 100% percent of the game, but i didnt know how much i have left, so i decided against it. Beautiful game
I loved this game. I didn’t want to put it down. The graphics, story, world-building, the characters… all of it is truly beautiful and incredible to explore; It’s such an amazing message too. I wish this game had 100 more levels to discover, but I loved the time I had playing it nonetheless. It’s very clever and you can tell the developers put a lot of time into giving thoughtful hints to the puzzles without giving away the mysteries.
I will say, there were some tiny snags in dialogue loading properly, but it would resolve itself once I restarted the app. It could’ve been due to the amount of time I was playing and how many times I was tapping my screen though, so could be user-error.Show lesslpg28
