I got the app and got the free trial bc I needed to convert to eps file and not only does it take forever to do so but whoever the file is sent to cannot open the file which makes this app 100% useless bc it doesn’t even do a good job at converting or sending... it’s just a way for some company to make passive income off of you. I downloaded this app on my phone to converter a picture to an svg file to make on my Cricut and got nothing. I converted the picture and have no way to view it once converted. The converted file doesn’t open on this app, it doesn’t open in pictures or anywhere else on my phone. So where is my converted file? How do I open it? What a waste of time and money!!! Horrible I want my money back
I just paid for this apps and try to convert the picture it said the convert is complete. I can’t even find the picture I don’t where it went even though I saved I’d to my gallery. It also said all converted files are available in your files app. Well it’s not there either. Scammer!!!!villatindera
