Terrible app and worse support
I used to be able to login, but now it’s been months that I can’t and have tried everything the support reps asked yet, still cannot login. Not sure why they even have this app if they ask you use the web portal...ohbayashi

Don’t like the user interface
User interface needs to be improved. No Touch ID feature enabled have to enter user if and password every time. No easy way to reset the password. Had to remember the member id. Not an user friendly app.Amar554

Buttons don’t work
None of the submit buttons work. Waste of time if u can’t register or log in. Why bother with the app at all developers???Hanspan.
This App is really really bad!!!! Fixing is required urgently.
Suddenly I started getting pop up note on a one time password sent to me. Now I get a note my device is not connected to the internet and to try again, while the device is in fact connected and all other apps are working well. This App is really the worst app I have seen from any provider and especially from a medical insurance provider where the app accessibility is very important. It also seems like no one is looking at these reviews and no one is trying to fix it. Very bad app.Show lessAuto Investor
