This app is horrible. Always crashes, constantly states “no internet connection” despite phone being clearly connected to the internet. Zero stars.jabcjenr
Application Not Working
As I try to log in to application, it shows that the phone is not connected to Internet, even though I am connected and using other applications on my iPhone. Strange.Jpattamthanam

Junk Worthless Crap

Unable to use!
When I try to enter the user name and password I get a pop-up that a one time password was sent to my email. I still haven’t received an email and it has been a full week since I tried. I can access my information going through my computer but sometimes I need to check my account while I am out!!!Disneyhopper

Internet errors
The app allows me to login and see my ID but if I try and see my claims it gives me "no claims" error even though I have claims, I also keep getting a parsing issue or no internet issue even though I have a perfect connection that other apps have no issue working on. If they fix the network issues and claim info section the app would be worth it, at the moment all it does is show my ID when it decides to connectShow lessEgamer24
The Worst App Ever. Don't Bother Wasting Your Time
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Unfortunately this is my company's new insurance medical provider. Come open enrollment I am will strongly voice my objection to Nippon. Easy enough to register. 48 hours later still waiting for confirmation email. Contacted customer support and IT to no avail. Nor am I the only employee experiencing registration issues. Customer support claims they can't look up my account despite my providing them with the ID # THEY issued. Useless app and worse customer support.Show lessEMF1959
