What a garbage product and garbage app. F for fail
Just Rubbish
Bad news is if your looking at the app comments you probably bought the device already. I bought one it wouldn’t connect. Customer service said there had been a bad batch and sent me another one. It worked briefly but has stopped. The phone won’t connect when the device is just inches below it. It’s not going to save you from a flat battery.

Very bad app
I’ve had two vehicles hooked up for about 1.5 years and the only useful information I get from the app is the percentage of battery charge. The graphs are completely useless and mostly when I open the app they are date from a year back. The app is also very slow and lethargic. It’s like whomever wrote this did not know what they were doing. Very bad experience.

Do not waste your time
I bought one of these sensors for the auxiliary battery on my Genesis dual battery system in my Jeep. I tried and tried but could not get it to register the voltage though it new it was connected to a battery. I returned it to Amazon thinking it was a bad unit and they sent another. Same result. Have tried every setting, both batteries, my wife’s Jeep…nothing.

Terrible
Used to be a great little app initially, now rubbish, gets worse with every update, really slow to connect if connects at all, really slow to change between battery readings, need to continually slide across last few months of graphs to get to current date for detail, expect better from Ctek, very disappointing

Not bad but still room for improvement.
The app does what it’s supposed to and works fine. One review mentioned the voltage scale 10-15 was no good but that’s exactly what you need to monitor a 12v automotive battery. Now the app shows 0 - 25v which is not very helpful either. (10-15 seems more useful) The solution is surly to allow both time and voltage to be zoomed so you can see what the historical values are more clearly or a scale option / setting. For me 10v = dead battery. And much over 15v should happen on a daily basis. Being able to zoom voltage would make it more useful. Still overall not bad and the real time voltage monitor is great for doing a quick battery health spot check.

Labeling Error
This seems to work just fine but the graph labels/titles for temperature and voltage are the wrong way around - swapped with each other. Please correct and release a software update.
Needs a proper update and fix
I have five of them and every time bugs get fixed with an update, news ones amount. Ctek sort this out or customers will abandon you. Worst issue of late is not being able to connect to any of my batteries or very slow to connect, or fail connecting mid stream. Switching from one battery to read another is also too slow. Update a year later 2020: CTEK should refund customers so many bugs and now can’t get voltage or temp from all of them but one. Tried reinstalling sensors and app and won’t be buying another CTEK product again. You’ve lost a customer for life. Shame on your company for having the resources you have available and let a product like this be released into global markets with such shortfalls.
