Awesome for ADHD
If you struggle with time-blindness, this app is awesome. Works well on Apple Watch. I love that it gives you silent notification - helps keep me on track with client meetings without constantly looking at watch.

Not Working on the Apple Watch
It works on the iPhone 6s 10.0.1 platform, but not on osWatch 3.0. In this case, just get a free version for the iPhone only from another developer.
Works perfectly
Works perfectly, both on my Apple Watch and iPhone. The first day or 2 I had some issues with it working. But over the past many, many months, it has been flawless. Apple Watch running OS 2.2.2.
