One of the most honest applications and dealings are dishonest on their appointments and working on the monument.
Avoid
Do yourself a favor and sort these reviews by “most recent.” This company seriously took a turn for the worse and I’ve witnessed the decline in service myself - from customer service to quality of cleaning. They refused to give me my money back after a no show and I haven’t used their service since. A lot of apps offer the same service for less.

Theft
After Covid hit they canceled all of the visitation and didn’t refund my money of 524 Riyal. After trying the chat function several times, they either disconnect or are no help at all. The one time i got an agent on chat they said we can’t refund your money to your account… this is ridiculous and is considered stealing. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

They took my money and didn’t provide the service
Cleaners showed up 2 hours before the timing i booked and when i couldn't accommodate them they considered it cancelled and did not refund, and there is no customer service or anyone to talk to. Not trustworthy

They’re nasty, they’ll steal your money, you book a service and must pay in advance. They never show up (twice) and when you complain and ask for refund, they say management decided to not do a refund.

My booking was canceled last minute and no refund !!!!
My booking was canceled and I didn’t receive the refund till now. I tried contacting you through email and whatsapp, but I received no response.
Terrible service and such a rip off
Paid for a monthly service and due to corona they stopped and NEVER returned the payment and they don’t seem like they’d be back in business any time soon even though other hourly maid services are up and going!!
