وكم مره أحاول أتواصل على الإيميل يقولون مافيه مواعيد متاحه طيب والمبلغ أبي أسترجعه !!!

Their customer support is also terrible! The chat agent ends the chat without responding to my answer so many times, they just copy/paste responses and try to avoid any real customer complaints. What a joke. Not recommended. Trust me, whenever you face an issue and trust me you will, this company will not support you for any step of the resolution of your issue. Back away and don’t request their service.

I would never recommend it to anyone
They dont refund your money
Yet when i asked the customer service to send to bank, they refused !
Is this kind of a joke?
Not sure whose money is it. They are reserving my own money! Unacceptable and will take it further if noone returned it.

يعطيكم العافية بس تجربتي معاكم جداً سيئة كشركة كبيرة لها فروعها رضا العميل يكون من اولوياتها
انا اخذت اجازة من الدوام بعد ما حجزت عاملة و في الأخير ضاع يومي ووقتي و الادارة تقولي السائق اتصل عليك وانا ما وردني اتصال او خدمة موجود و قدمت شكوى و الادارة اتصلت تعرضني ان اجباري احجز خدمة ب 66 ريال عشان احصل ع الزيارة اللي دفعت قيمتها 114 على الأقل يتن التعويض بزيارة بنفس المبلغ اللي دفعته فقط
